Decided is an application developed by Northcairn Ltd.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Decided to store unlawful content or to attempt to circumvent security controls.
4. Data
Your use of Decided is subject to our Privacy Policy at decisionrecords.app/privacy.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Northcairn Ltd's liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months prior to any claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
